Like most visitors to this site, you probably landed here while searching for a photo of a particular place or landmark. Excellent! I hope you'll find what you need. Although I am not a professional photographer, I put a lot of effort into framing my photos and take great pleasure in preserving memories of places I've been priviledged to see. I take equal pleasure in hoping that these travel mementos might serve your need, entertain you or perhaps even help launch you on a new journey, be it just in your mind or an actual travel adventure. About the Photos
I used a Canon PowerShot S30 3.2MP point and shoot digital camera until January 2009. I now use a Canon Digital Rebel XS 10.1MP SLR. I resize and edit photos for the Web using ACDSee, which is simpler and more intuitive than Photoshop. Several of my photos are featured in Schmap, an online travel guide and you can find commentary for some of the photos on my Flickr page.

Concerning Advertising
I am happy to share my work and have included affiliate advertising to help offset the cost of my Web hosting plan. The revenue potential of these ads is modest and does not cover my costs. My affiliate agreements prohibit me from including text like "please click my ads." However, I believe it's permissible to mention I have used the services of many of the travel merchants whose ads I publish and have had positive experiences with all.
